The Metterra Hotel was converted into an upscale boutique hotel in late 2003 and is located in the heart of Edmonton’s historic Whyte Avenue (Old Strathcona district) on 104 Street.    The property offers 98 chic rooms of various sizes, a fitness centre, business centre and one main floor retail tenant – Julio’s Barrio.  The retail component of the hotel is currently 100% occupied.
